| | Thanksgiving Sales – Weekly Update – Palladium Books® – November 26, 2025 |

| Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy good eats and televised football, but try not to eat too much or strain your voice shouting at the screen; please drive safely, and have a wonderful time with family and friends.
Black Friday Sales are the official start of the Christmas shopping season. Enjoy the madness and get yourselves some good deals but please don’t forget lil’ ol’ Palladium Books. We have our share of epic sales you won’t want to miss. They start now and run thru Wednesday, while supplies last. See complete details below.
FUN! Surprise Package Comments can be found at the end of the Update. Every holiday season, I (Kevin) share a selection of Surprise Package comments from gamers like you. I do so to give a shout out for their (and your) support and because I know many of you enjoy reading them nearly as much as we do. We can’t post them all, but we share as many as we can at the end of each Weekly Update.
NEWS! Shipping of TMNT & Other Strangeness Kickstarter Rewards is going quicker than anticipated. Approximately 4,000+ Backers in the US will be in the mail by Tuesday, December 2nd. The larger pledges are being pulled, packed, and shipped the rest of next week until they are all out of our fulfillment center’s warehouse. That means most of you in the USA should receive your rewards BEFORE Christmas. Woohoo! I believe rewards are, or will soon be, shipping to Backers throughout the rest of the world.
Pre-Orders and New Customer Note: Palladium will be charging Palladium Store pre-order customers at the end of next week and start taking new orders for TMNT & Other Strangeness items around December 10th. | | | Shipping Guidelines – Only 4 weeks to Christmas – order now! |
|
| Whether you are buying a Surprise Package or a regular order, if you need it in time for Christmas, please order sooner than later to avoid needing to pay for express service or the package not arriving in time for Christmas. Take comfort in your gifts arriving before December 25 with these key ship-by dates. The closer you get to Christmas/Kwanzaa, the more we recommend UPS as the most reliable method of shipping.
– United States Postal Service: Media Mail – December 8th so order NOW! Media Mail is a low priority mail service so orders placed after December 8th cannot be assured of delivery in time for Christmas; they may or may not. Last year, mail delivery was very good, but we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas when you use Media Mail after December 8th. Moreover, YOU assume ALL risk when you ship via Media Mail. If an order arrives late, goes missing, or is damaged in transit, it will NOT be replaced by Palladium Books.
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Ground Advantage – December 15th.
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Priority Mail – December 16th.
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Priority Mail EXPRESS (expensive) – December 21st.
– UPS Ground (anywhere in the contiguous USA) – December 16. Last year, UPS was astonishing in its speed and accuracy of shipping. After that date, all bets are off.
– UPS 3-Day Select – December 18th, but you will pay for expedited shipping.
– UPS 2nd Day Air – December 21st, but you will pay for expedited shipping.
– UPS Next Day Air – December 22nd (to arrive December 24, Christmas Eve) – Even though it arrives the day after it ships, Palladium needs that order submitted by Monday, December 22nd, so we can pack and ship it December 23rd to arrive Wednesday, Christmas Eve, but please don’t cut it that close or pay such a high price for expedited shipping.
– To our friends in Canada and overseas – December 8th with no guarantee that the package will arrive by Christmas. We suggest ordering no later than December 2, but SOONER is better, and even NOW, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Your package should arrive in time, but if there are delays at Customs, work strikes, bad weather, etc., it might miss. Order as soon as possible. Note: Right now, we are finding overseas packages are taking 15-30 days to arrive, sometimes longer! Cost Saver: A Surprise Package mitigates overseas shipping costs – take advantage of this while you can. It is, in effect, the equivalent of getting the books you want at retail, plus autographs, and paying the equivalent of only $20-$50 for overseas shipping! MANY overseas customers take advantage of the Surprise Packages for this reason! And it is likely the ONLY way for you to get autographs. Give it a try, we don’t think you will be disappointed.
– Any orders placed after these dates may arrive in time for Christmas but we cannot guarantee it AND you should assume they will NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Please spread the word and place those orders as soon as you can. Ho, ho, ho and happy holidays.
– 2025 Shipping Note: Please make sure your address is complete and correct! As always, at Palladium, we will be working overtime and doing everything we can to process orders as fast as possible to get them to you for the holidays. However, after the package leaves the Palladium warehouse, delivery is out of our hands. As we get closer to Christmas, UPS Ground and Priority Mail will be your most reliable and timely methods of shipping. Thank you for your understanding. |

| What is a Christmas Surprise Package? |
|
| A smile and a hug that comes in a box filled with signed game books from available Palladium staff and freelancers. It is a way for you to get physical books (and autographs if you want them) at PDF prices! $105+ worth of Palladium products for only $62 (plus shipping)! That can nab you 4-6 books, and these days one core rule book can cost you that or more.
Christmas Surprise Packages are our way of saying thank you for your support and showing you our love and appreciation. It’s a surprise because you never know exactly what you’re going to get or who will sign your books, because we pick from your Wishlist and may surprise you with stuff you are not expecting. Extra items may include other RPGs, sourcebooks, issues of the Rifter®, miniatures, prints, art books, poker deck, notepad, greeting cards, T-shirts, and other items. Some books may be slightly damaged (scuffs, scratches, dings, a bent or crunched corner, etc.) so we can send you more.
No other RPG company on the planet has an offer like this. Truly the best deal in gaming to get unique and special holiday gifts for the gamers in your life, or for yourself.
Christmas Surprise Packages are not just for Christmas. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or the Winter Solstice, or you are looking for that special gift for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any special occasion that falls between now and the end of the year, a Surprise Package may be the ideal way to go. You get a ton of stuff on the cheap, you can get a bunch of autographs (if you want ‘em), and you look like you spent a fortune.
This is a great way to try that game setting you’ve wondered about – After the Bomb®, Beyond the Supernatural, Chaos Earth®, Dead Reign®, Heroes Unlimited, Ninjas & Superspies, Palladium Fantasy, Nightbane®, Rifts®, RECON, Splicers®, Systems Failure, etc. — or to get something for your favorite Game Master. Or perhaps, to get your player group to consider a new game or setting.
Your “Wishlist” is vital – the Palladium Surprise Packages are designed to simulate the joy and surprise of the Christmas Season of Giving. To do this, you submit a list of 12-15 Palladium products (or more) FOR EACH Surprise Package you order. This list of 12-15 items for EACH Grab Bag is critical, because you will not know which items we will select to send you. That makes it just like a Christmas gift because it’s a surprise. Plus, Surrogate Santa, Kevin, who personally hand-picks every item for every Grab Bag, may toss in something extra like a limited edition print, notepad, negative, an issue of The Rifter®, or something else he thinks you’ll enjoy.
Autographed books. For those of you who want them (which are most people), available members of the Palladium staff, and any freelancers we can lasso at the time, are happy to autograph each and every book in your Surprise Package. This is the only way many fans across the country and overseas can ever get signed books.
Send us your brief comments. There is a special form and format to fill out for Christmas Surprise Packages, including a place where you can offer your brief comments, suggestions, greetings and salutations.
First-timers are always nervous until they see the great value in their first Surprise Package. A typical Grab Bag has $105+ worth of product and often more. Yes, more, for only $62 plus shipping. Many people order 2-3. Some order 4-6, and some maniacs order even more! It makes sense, because it is a great way to fill holes in your own collection, treat yourself, get autographs, try new games and settings, rebuild your collection, replace worn out books, and get your gaming pals gifts. Only from PalladiumBooks. Note: Search online for Palladium Surprise Package unboxing videos to get an idea of what you can expect to receive. I know the Glitterbois and Legion of Myth, among others, have such videos.
Please spread the word. The Christmas Surprise Package is only publicized by word of mouth, on Palladium’s website, and social media, so please tell everyone you know. Buy one for every gamer you know. They make astonishing gifts for every occasion. Only from PalladiumBooks.com – happy holidays. |
|
| | NOTE: TMNT books are too new to include in the Surprise Packages. We hope you understand. Order soon to get in time for Christmas. |

| | | Palladium Collectibles – at Kevin’s Online Toy & Collectibles eBay Store |
|
| Palladium collectibles as well as action figures and other items from Kevin Siembieda’s personal collection are on sale!
One-of-a-kind Palladium Books negatives are always very popular items at the Palladium Open House, Gen Con, and conventions, and are catching on as rare collectibles, unique in and of themselves. Last year at Granite State Comic Con Kevin Eastman had TMNT negatives from the first comic book on display.
Before digital printing, pages of a book were laid out by hand on a board, and each page was photographed. These are the photographic negatives being sold as individual works of art and collectibles. When matted or framed on a white background they look like dynamic wood cut prints. And they are on sale right now! |

| | | | Happy Thanksgiving
We wish you a very happy Thanksgiving and happy hunting for gifts and deals now, Black Friday and through Cyber-Monday.
Palladium’s wide-ranging Black Friday Sales start now, Wednesday, November 26th, and run through Wednesday, December 3rd. Many hardcovers, softcovers, and PDFs are all on sale at 30-50% discounts. These sales enable you to order exactly what you want. Ah, but the Christmas Surprise Package remains the best deal in gaming because you get the equivalent of 40-55% savings, autographs if you want them, and surprises, however, you can not pick exactly which books you get. You must make a Wish List – but half the fun is not knowing exactly what’s inside the package.
A time of thanks and gratitude. For me, Thanksgiving is a time of reflection about the many people and things, past and present, for which I’m grateful. I like to be positive, but like everyone else, I and Palladium Books experience our share of trials and tribulations. The economy, government shutdown, and general uncertainty, have caused Palladium’s sales to be up and down like a rollercoaster. We find ourselves short-handed at the busiest time of year, a bit stressed out, and still dealing with our grief over the loss of our beloved Kathy Simmons — she was such a huge part of our lives, especially during the holiday season.
And yet we are so thankful for everything we have.
I, for one, am very thankful for you, our customers, fans, and extended family. The love and support you show us throughout the year is beautiful and appreciated.
I’m super-grateful for the many joyful years I shared with Kathy. Having had her and Erick Wujcik, my amazing parents, and a lot of wonderful people in my life has been a wonder and a blessing. They have left me with joyful, if sometimes, bittersweet memories, and they all helped to make me a better, kinder, wiser person.
Speaking of wonderful people, I’m thankful for the incredible and hardworking Palladium crew. Finer people are hard to find. And for Wayne and Sheila for their Thanksgiving Day invitation. Actually, my warehouse guy and pal, Caleb, and I have plans.
I am thrilled that the TMNT & Other Strangeness Redux rewards have begun shipping across the USA and soon across the globe! They are wonderful, fun, and beautiful. I expect most (all?) of you will get them before Christmas. I love bringing joy to others and I’m thankful that I have such an ability to do so with our RPGs.
I imagine I could go on and on about who and what I’m thankful for, but let me end this by saying call, text, email, Zoom, etc., but reach out to the people who mean the world to you and tell them how you feel. Let them know they are special to you and loved and appreciated. It means more than you may realize. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.
– Kevin Siembieda, Publisher, Game Designer, Writer, Friend |

| Surprise Package comments from fans like you |
|
| Every year we like to post a selection of the comments we get from Surprise Package customers. It’s a nice acknowledgement and thank you to them (you know who you are) and you enjoy reading them. I read each and every comment that comes in the Surprise Packages, and they always brighten my day. We all appreciate your kind words, suggestions, and insights. In fact, the idea to do hardcover editions of core rule books came from fan comments in the Grab Bags. We get a lot so we can only offer a sampling of these comments in the Weekly Updates.
Our heartfelt thanks to all of you who have stuck with Palladium through thick and thin and now these new chaotic times. Please use our games to find escape from your day to day grind and worries. Use them to bring a little joy, laughter, and adventure to the holiday season and beyond.
Your comments and support mean the world to all of us. Thank you for making us smile and feel valued. As always, I have tried to write a short response [in brackets] to each comment. Happy holidays.

M.C. in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, writes (in part): … We enjoy role-playing weird characters in crazy situations, which is why I want to introduce my group to Rifts®. It was my first TTRPG played over 25 years ago! … I started listening to the Glitterbois podcast a few months ago to remind me how to play and would like to rebuild my collection. My first and favorite player character was a Headhunter named Samas who hated the Coalition States … I loved looking through the books at how I could upgrade his human body with cybernetics. Happy holidays and thank you for keeping strong and still being around so I can relive my fond memories of youth.
[You made me laugh, M.C. You’re very welcome. I’m glad and amazed that I’m almost 70 and going strong! Well, so far so good, anyway. I hope I have another couple decades of good health and creativity left in me. You asked what my first player character was and what game. The game was D&D, 1979, and the character was Yinnara, a thief pretending to be a wizard. The Game Master was the wonderful Julius Rosenstein, God bless his soul. – Kevin]
E.W. in Savoy, Illinois, writes: I have been collecting Palladium’s books both physically and in PDF. I am aiming to eventually own everything, and any duplicate I get will be spread to friends who play RPGs. Thanks for everything. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes after TMNT and these cool new audio books! I hope Rifts Promise of Power gets relaunched and off the ground.
[Thank you E.W., sounds like you’re a true super-fan. We appreciate your support and encouragement. We have some big plans that follow TMNT so keep your eyes peeled and scan the Weekly Updates for news, announcements, and sales. As for Rifts® PoP … we’ll have to wait and see. Happy holidays and game on. – Kevin]
T.I. in San Diego, California, writes (in part): I must admit, this will be my first time looking at RPGs from your company. I’m a lady from the 80s and love all genres of RPGs … I will only own TMNT & Other Strangeness from the Kickstarter … Thank you for your passion for games and what you do for all us customers. I look forward to delving into the cool ass stuff you send. It’s so much fun getting to read new game systems.
[Thanks for all the helpful information about your interests T.I., it helped me to put together an eclectic Surprise Package I think you will enjoy. And you’ll love the TMNT & Other Strangeness books coming your way. Thank you for backing the Kickstarter. – Kevin]
C.F. in Las Vegas, Nevada, writes: Long time fan here. Absolutely love your products, and the worlds you have helped fans create for all these years. Rifts® was my introduction to Table Top RPGs back in the mid-90s when I was a young teenager. Years later, I continue to be blown away by the detail and thought you have poured into your books. I’ve tried other games, had fun with some OSR, but I find Palladium is my jam. Nothing really hits like Palladium Books. Hail to Kevin, Sean, and the rest of the staff.
[Shucks, C.F., you made us blush. Thank you for the very kind words. We’re thrilled our game system and world settings are a lot of people’s “jam,” and we plan to continue to create epic worlds and books filled with our secret sauce for years to come. Keep your wonderful spirit and imagination burning bright, C.F. Heck, that goes for all of you out there, unleash your imaginations and have fun. – Kevin]
J.T. in Carrollton, Texas, writes (in part): Been playing/collecting Rifts and Palladium Fantasy RPG since I was in 7th grade… [came to understand some of the things that] bring me joy is simply owning every book that I can from Palladium. Rifts and Palladium Fantasy are my favorites with Heroes Unlimited and Nightbane coming along behind them. Love what you and Sean are trying to do …
[J.T., we appreciate you and your words of wisdom. Thanks for your years of support. I’m glad you realize one of your joys is role-playing games and owning a certain game company’s books. I continue to marvel over the amount of joy our games provide to so many people. It’s incredible and humbling. Running games and creating RPG books for all of you are two of my greatest joys. – Kevin]
T.B. in Bluffdale, Utah, writes: Rifts® was my first RPG love. My friends and I have returned in the past few years to play the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition in the Rifts setting. We play every other weekend over a Virtual Table Top and Discord.
