| CELEBRATING 35 YEARS OF RIFTS® – ONE GAME SYSTEM – EVERY GENRE – COUNTLESS WORLDS – ENDLESS ADVENTURE |
|
| | 3 Weeks till Xmas – Weekly Update – Palladium Books® – December 4, 2025 |
|
| All of you crazy, wonderful, gaming maniacs have waited till the official start of the holiday season to place your orders this year. You have us working our tails off. We received so many Black Friday and Cyber-Monday orders, we worked through Thanksgiving weekend pulling and packing them, but we are loving it. And loving the Fan Comments that come with many Surprise Package orders. You can see more comments at the end of this and every Weekly Update.
Cyber-Monday and PDF sales are over, but you can still order Christmas Surprise Packages (and regular books) thru Christmas Eve and Kevin’s Ebay Store SALE for collectibles and toys runs through December 15th.
Please keep the Christmas Surprise Package and book orders pouring in. No matter how busy we get, we work diligently to make each Surprise Package special.
Note: Demand has been so sudden and so great that we are running out of certain titles across every Palladium game line, so all orders are sold on a first come, first served basis. And that’s another reason we need a long list of 12-15 items for Surprise Packages. Rifts Atlantis, Northern Gun 1 & 2, Rifts China 1 & 2, Mysteries of Magic, and Bizantium, among others are temporarily out of stock. All should be back in print January or February, 2026.
Shipping deadline for Media Mail – order this weekend to get books on the cheap in time for Christmas. You may still get the books in time when you order after December 8th, but neither we nor USPS can guarantee delivery by Christmas.
After December 8th, look at Ground Advantage (get us your orders by December 15th) and UPS to get it in time for Christmas at a reasonable shipping cost. Only two weeks till Christmas when you factor in the time needed to pick, pack, and ship in time for Christmas, so order this weekend and next week to guarantee delivery in time for the holiday. See our complete shipping outline elsewhere in this Update. |

| | | | – Gamers are going wild over the TMNT & Other Strangeness Kickstarter rewards! Rewards have been arriving across America for the last two weeks. People are gushing about the beautiful books and other rewards. Yep, we meant it when we said we pulled out all the stops. Kickstarter rewards are in the mail to more than two-thirds of the TMNT US Backers as our shipping partners continue to pull, pack and ship! Our upper tier backers and retailers will be among the last of the initial batch to ship, but should ship over the next week or two.
– Canadian & Overseas TMNT Backers rewards should start shipping soon. If possible, we would love to see every backer around the globe get their order before Christmas. Not sure if we and our shipping partners can pull it off, but that’s the goal.
– You can still pre-order your copies of TMNT & Other Strangeness Redux RPG (collects the RPG, Truckin’ Turtles and Turtles go Hollywood adventure sourcebooks, plus bonus material); TMNT Transdimensional Adventures (collects the adventure sourcebooks Transdimensional TMNT, TMNT Guide to the Universe, and TMNT Adventures with artwork by Kevin Eastman, Peter Laird, and Jim Lawson, plus 20 pages of Eastman and Laird comic strips, and bonus material); the G.M. Screen, the Black, White & Red Editions (gorgeous), and the Mutagen Green Dice Set. All of which are anticipated to go on sale to the public at large by the end of next week.
– FUN! The newest Glitterbois Podcast from Breakfast Puppies is coming next week: The Boys and I are taping a conversation this Sunday, December 7th, but I don’t know how quickly it will go live. Sometime next week, I imagine. |
|
| | | – MORE FUN! Check out new chats and interviews appearing on the Palladium Books YouTube Channel all the time. Most are timeless, all are fun. Check ‘em out. |
|
| | | – JOIN US! For the Legion of Myth live chat with Kevin Siembieda & Jeremy Colantonio – Sunday, December 14: The topic is Palladium’s RPG design and gaming philosophy at the game table, and running Palladium RPGs. Please join the fun and silliness. |

| | | Shipping Guide – 3 weeks to Christmas – ONLY 2 weeks when you account for shipping time – order now |
|
| Whether you are buying a Surprise Package or a regular order, if you need it in time for Christmas, please order sooner than later to avoid needing to pay for express service or the package not arriving in time for Christmas. Take comfort in your gifts arriving before December 25 with these key ship-by dates. The closer you get to Christmas/Kwanzaa, the more we recommend UPS as the most reliable method of shipping.
– United States Postal Service: Media Mail – December 8th so order NOW!
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Ground Advantage – December 15th.
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Priority Mail – December 16th.
– United States Postal Service (in USA): Priority Mail EXPRESS (expensive) – December 21st.
– UPS Ground (anywhere in the contiguous USA) – December 16. Last year, UPS was astonishing in its speed and accuracy of shipping. After that date, all bets are off.
– UPS 3-Day Select – December 18th, but you will pay for expedited shipping.
– UPS 2nd Day Air – December 21st, but you will pay for expedited shipping.
– UPS Next Day Air – December 22nd (to arrive December 24, Christmas Eve) – Even though it arrives the day after it ships, Palladium needs that order submitted by Monday, December 22nd, so we can pack and ship it December 23rd to arrive Wednesday, Christmas Eve, but please don’t cut it that close or pay such a high price for expedited shipping.
– Any orders placed after these dates may arrive in time for Christmas but we cannot guarantee it AND you should assume they will NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Please spread the word and place those orders as soon as you can. Ho, ho, ho and happy holidays.
– 2025 Shipping Note: Please make sure your address is complete and correct! As always, at Palladium, we will be working overtime and doing everything we can to process orders as fast as possible to get them to you for the holidays. However, after the package leaves the Palladium warehouse, delivery is out of our hands. As we get closer to Christmas, UPS Ground and Priority Mail will be your most reliable and timely methods of shipping. Thank you for your understanding. |

| What is a Christmas Surprise Package? |
|
| A smile and a hug that comes in a box filled with signed game books from available Palladium staff and freelancers. It is a way for you to get physical books (and autographs if you want them) at PDF prices! $105+ worth of Palladium products for only $62 (plus shipping)! That can nab you 4-6 books, and these days one core rule book can cost you that or more.
Christmas Surprise Packages are our way of saying thank you for your support and showing you our love and appreciation. It’s a surprise because you never know exactly what you’re going to get or who will sign your books, because we pick from your Wishlist and may surprise you with stuff you are not expecting. Extra items may include other RPGs, sourcebooks, issues of the Rifter®, miniatures, prints, art books, poker deck, notepad, greeting cards, T-shirts, and other items. Some books may be slightly damaged (scuffs, scratches, dings, a bent or crunched corner, etc.) so we can send you more.
No other RPG company on the planet has an offer like this. Truly the best deal in gaming to get unique and special holiday gifts for the gamers in your life, or for yourself.
Christmas Surprise Packages are not just for Christmas. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or the Winter Solstice, or you are looking for that special gift for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any special occasion that falls between now and the end of the year, a Surprise Package may be the ideal way to go. You get a ton of stuff on the cheap, you can get a bunch of autographs (if you want ‘em), and you look like you spent a fortune.
This is a great way to try that game setting you’ve wondered about – After the Bomb®, Beyond the Supernatural, Chaos Earth®, Dead Reign®, Heroes Unlimited, Ninjas & Superspies, Palladium Fantasy, Nightbane®, Rifts®, RECON, Splicers®, Systems Failure, etc. — or to get something for your favorite Game Master. Or perhaps, to get your player group to consider a new game or setting.
Your “Wishlist” is vital – the Palladium Surprise Packages are designed to simulate the joy and surprise of the Christmas Season of Giving. To do this, you submit a list of 12-15 Palladium products (or more) FOR EACH Surprise Package you order. This list of 12-15 items for EACH Grab Bag is critical, because you will not know which items we will select to send you. That makes it just like a Christmas gift because it’s a surprise. Plus, Surrogate Santa, Kevin, who personally hand-picks every item for every Grab Bag, may toss in something extra like a limited edition print, notepad, negative, an issue of The Rifter®, or something else he thinks you’ll enjoy.
Autographed books. For those of you who want them (which are most people), available members of the Palladium staff, and any freelancers we can lasso at the time, are happy to autograph each and every book in your Surprise Package. This is the only way many fans across the country and overseas can ever get signed books.
Send us your brief comments. There is a special form and format to fill out for Christmas Surprise Packages, including a place where you can offer your brief comments, suggestions, greetings and salutations.
First-timers are always nervous until they see the great value in their first Surprise Package. A typical Grab Bag has $105+ worth of product and often more. Yes, more, for only $62 plus shipping. Many people order 2-3. Some order 4-6, and some maniacs order even more! It makes sense, because it is a great way to fill holes in your own collection, treat yourself, get autographs, try new games and settings, rebuild your collection, replace worn out books, and get your gaming pals gifts. Only from PalladiumBooks. Note: Search online for Palladium Surprise Package unboxing videos to get an idea of what you can expect to receive. I know the Glitterbois and Legion of Myth, among others, have such videos.
Please spread the word. The Christmas Surprise Package is only publicized by word of mouth, on Palladium’s website, and social media, so please tell everyone you know. Buy one for every gamer you know. They make astonishing gifts for every occasion. Only from PalladiumBooks.com – happy holidays. |
|
| | NOTE: TMNT books are too new to include in the Surprise Packages. We hope you understand. Order soon to get in time for Christmas. |

| | | Palladium Collectibles – at Kevin’s Online Toy & Collectibles eBay Store |
|
| Palladium collectibles as well as action figures and other items from Kevin Siembieda’s personal collection are on sale!
One-of-a-kind Palladium Books negatives are always very popular items at the Palladium Open House, Gen Con, and conventions, and are catching on as rare collectibles, unique in and of themselves. Last year at Granite State Comic Con Kevin Eastman had TMNT negatives from the first comic book on display.
Before digital printing, pages of a book were laid out by hand on a board, and each page was photographed. These are the photographic negatives being sold as individual works of art and collectibles. When matted or framed on a white background they look like dynamic wood cut prints. And they are on sale right now! |

| Surprise Package comments from fans like you |
|
| Every year we like to post a selection of the comments we get from Surprise Package customers. It’s a nice acknowledgement and thank you to them (you know who you are) and you enjoy reading them. I read each and every comment that comes in the Surprise Packages, and they always brighten my day. We all appreciate your kind words, suggestions, and insights. In fact, the idea to do hardcover editions of core rule books came from fan comments in the Grab Bags. We get a lot so we can only offer a sampling of these comments in the Weekly Updates.
Our heartfelt thanks to all of you who have stuck with Palladium through thick and thin and now these new chaotic times. Please use our games to find escape from your day to day grind and worries. Use them to bring a little joy, laughter, and adventure to the holiday season and beyond.
Your comments and support mean the world to all of us. Thank you for making us smile and feel valued. As always, I have tried to write a short response [in brackets] to each comment. Happy holidays.
