Re: Madhaven® Questions and Comments Thread
While naked knights riding into combat might be amusing, I'm pretty sure that it's assumed the aura extends to their fear. (Feel like I'm talking to myself) i am assuming you meant rear not fear, so that begs the question if it covers their rear through armor, which it would also have to protect th...

actually if you get RUE they have new spell casting rules lvs 1-5 take 1 attack 6-10 takes 2 and 11-15 and spells of legend take 3. which at low levels beats the PPE channeling rules though at high levels PPE channeling is faster

Re: Most awesome cyberknight races
So you're really arguing in favour of a rule that gives every average True Atlantean an unusable magic tattoo? That's some nice rules lawyering. That's reading the rules as written. There's never any indication that True Atlanteans have any special ability with tattoos. True Atlanteans, in the tatt...

Re: Most awesome cyberknight races
Tattoos still take twice PPE for True Atlantean Cyber-Knights. They're only normal cost for T-men. If that's true, than the average True Atlantean, with only the 2 Marks of Heritage, barely has enough PPE to use the flaming sword, and doesn't have enough to use Protection from Vampires. Since givin...

Arguable. They still channel and cast spells otherwise as a mage does, regardless of focus, unless they're using TW equipment to cast the spells. Certainly a powered armor suit is a focus for Mystic Fulcrum, Lightning Bolt, Armor of Ithan, Armor Bizarre, and a suit with jump jets could easily be a ...

As for the current Palladium Rules I can see why you'd see the PP bonuses as the closest thing to use for those who're "naturals" when it come to firearm proficiency. I, personally, think that a "Talents & Faults Chart" (I made one a few years ago) can be used during charact...
