Combined tables for morphus

Is there, anywhere, a master table that can be rolled to include all the various morphus tables from different books/Rifter issues? It would be nice to have a collected list to roll up a morphus and have all the various tables represented.

Ok, I think I've found all the Morphus Tables. I've checked everything I have available to me, but it's not everything that's out there. I have the tables from Rifters 1 and 20, Nightlands, Between the Shadows, and the main book.

Are there Morphus Tables anywhere else?

Rifter Morpheous tables

That would be Rifter #15 not #16 for the 3rd Morpheous table. (#1,#15,#20)

Someone mind giving me a list of those tables. I don't want the content of those morphus tables, I just want the names.
