Well, can I?
Specifically, I was hoping for stats for a dog. An English Shepard (which wouldn't be too far off from a German Shepard). He'd be a big one for the breed, at about 75 lbs.
Best I can figure, it would probably be somewhere in the neighborhood of:
? IQ
? ME
? MA
? PS
? PP
? PE
? PB
23 Spd (35 mph)
HP: PE + ???
SDC: ?
1d6 sdc teeth
1d4 sdc claws
Skills:
Tracking by scent
Recognize scent
Sense supernatural stuff

Re: Can I have a dog?
The tattoo for a dog in Atlantis lists the following properties for a large dog / wolf:
48 hit points, 40 SDC ( guess big dogs are tough )
bite does 2d6+6 SD and claws do 1d4, three attacks per melee
+3 strike, +1 parry and +6 to dodge
average speed is 50, about 35 mph
track by smell: 85%
swim : 65%
prowl : 50%
keen vision and hearing, nightvision 30'
not sure if this is an "ordinary" dog or if the tattoo dog is more powerful than most, but there it is...

having a dog is a great roleplay element though. it doesn't have to actually benefit you.

Re: Can I have a dog?
An Idea would be to use the ATB, ATB2, TMNT, HU1,or HU2 mutant animal stats for the dog, IF it more char then pet.
If a pet then use the listing in the monsters and animals book to find the stats.
