I slept in and need a ride to the open house. I'm just checking to see if anyone has yet to leave for the con before I call someone to come get me

Not nessicary. People have been helping people out all day. Heck, I caught a ride with a different person each time. It's how the open house works. Next time (2012) I'll have my license for more than a year so getting a rental won't be a problem, and that's if I don't drive my own car down.
