Useful for more then a zombe apapclips?

I have been looked at that dead Reign book, and on thought that hit me is it sounds like it maybe a good source book for any apoplitc and post apolptic game. Am I reading more in there then is there, I got ahould of it becouse I thought some one the classes would be useful for my bts game. (mostly looking for members of the military and and veterans). thoughts?

oh I am sure, I was just thinking mostly about useing as as a supliment, and if you where using it for something like chaos earth it wouldnt need as much in the way of modifications. I think the biggest change you would need to make, like if you wanted to do something inspired by the Ashes novels. just replace zombies with Roving gangs of thugs, punks. and Crazed cults, and cults of canables

For chaos Earth would fit a lot better. Just replace zombies with supernatural creatures maybe.

I think even in chaos earth I would throw in roving bands of thugs. even Warlords...

Only problem is if you did that they would pretty much be permanent bonuses. See what I mean?
