for flares, i doubt there are game stats. real world stats though should be obtainable. since this is a military weapon, i'd assume that illumination and signal flares are available. both go about 1000ft, usually fired straight up. both tend to burn at an illumination of around 30,000 to 75,000 can...

Not technically true. Yog-Sothoth or Azathoth could slaughter Cthulhu and his cults, on their own. That's because they are Elder Gods, which are FAR more powerful than mere Old Ones.
