When is the next book coming out?

I'm pretty sure that he's concentrating on North America. Perhaps the book First Responders will have information about the response in other nations/area's though.

The manuscript should be in by Gen Con. I'm hoping it can make press this year.

As with the books thus far, the focus is on North America, though it wouldn't be hard to convert much of it to other locations.

Will we hear anything about the so called Zombie plagues mentioned in other Rifts titles?

First, remember that a lot of information about the Dark Age is a little... off. However if you have a reference, send it to me and I'll check it out.

Anyway, Zombies? Not right now. Plagues? Hmmmm... maybe.

It's more a factor of scheduling that writing right now. Hopefully First Responders can see light this year.

Magic classes and stuff like the DW hunter come later, but the psychic stuff happens right at the beginning. Just wondering if there will be anything on this or will everything be further down the time-line?

Psychic Storm will either be my next book (after First Responders) or the one after that. I'll probably try and push it up in the queue, but sometimes it's just a matter of which book writes itself the fastest.

I would prefer Brothers in Arms first as well, but we'll just see how it goes. Writing Psychic Storm will be easier and faster, I think, so I might knock it out first.

Holy cow, don't I know it! I'm looking very much forward to first responders mostly because I don't think the rescue and other non combat aspects of the CE setting have gotten any love. I see legions of SWAT exoskeletons and EMT 'Borgs. Feel free to send me a copy of your manuscript (free editing services, don't you know)!
