How much time is it between the coming of the rifts and the year before the CS goes to war with Tolkkeen?

I believe the current timeline is 110 PA and I believe it was 300 years between the end of the goldenage and 1 PA

Great Cataclysm happened Dec. 21st 2098AD (WB5 pg22)
WB5 (pg22) is set in late 103PA to be 2389AD (291years)
WB11 CWC (pg45) is set circa 105PA (2391AD, or 293years)
SoT1 (pg9) is set circa Oct. 11, 105PA (a nuclear missile volley that initiated the war IINM and was "circumvented" via Tolken Magic)
SoT6 (pg6) is set circa 109PA

When the game came out in 1991m the in game time was 91 P.A, now that its 2020, I believe the game time is now 110 P.A.

My copy of the RMB said the date was 101 PA.

Yeah, i was pretty sure the date on RMB was 100-101 P.A. too.

Anyway, most thankful for the timeline bits. Getting the dates for the start and end of Tolkeen War will be most useful to me.
