where can I find all the info on mega heroes, have to answer some questions for my players, I know there is some info in the rifters but want the core stuff so I can bone up on it

Nimmy is correct, HU2 main rulebook. I believe it is Rifter #37 that has the info on the expanded Mega-Hero options as well. Powers Unlimited 2 has the Immortal Category which utilizes the Mega-Hero option for some types of Immortals, also.
