Pointless mutterings

It was midnight in old town. There used to be alot of factorys
here before they were outsourced to mexico. Im not upset though
they outsorced the mexican factorys to china, what goes around
comes around I guess. I lit a cigeret its been four years since the
depression started. The economy went tumbling down and now
were all just trying to survive. Like the guy im chasing hes not
a bad man he stole a couple cows from a farmer to feed his neaborhood
alot of people are still alive because of that, but the laws the law and
hes got a bounty on his head now. No ones willing to sell him out and
thats a problem for me because Im a bounty hunter. 400 bucks are
on the line thats just enough to cover my rent. I lit a cigaret I could
hear a loud buzzing inside me the bugs dont like the smoke. Ive tryed
to quit to acomindate them but a man needs his littel pleasures. I breathed
in deeply a small swarm of them buzzed angryly.

I could deal with it, I didnt ask for them they didnt ask for me
were both victems of the stratagems of fate. 10 years ago when
I was younger and stupider I went into a milatary test site. Turns
out they were testing some bugs they confused me for a late test
subject and I got turned into a living insest hive with gentically enhanced
insects. I made 5k that day and did a sprint in the army. The money was
good but with the depression they kicked out any one they could to make
the budget.

Which is why im a bounty hunter. I sat down on the roof top. It took
2 hours to get on top of the roof top. The guys who used to own the
factory padlocked the door to the roof top. Basing the door open took
awhile. Im not out here just because it makes me look cool though Im
here for business. I looked through my binoculars. there he was
nice guy famly man two kids, normally a rather nice guy but he lost
his job in the depression, thats put him on edge. I foucused my
consintration and started loading sleep out toxins into my insects. I then
guided them into the building one them will do. It injected my target
with a dose hes slaped it. Damn well more where that came from the
targets falling asleep. Perfect. I rused down stares and went into the
next building. I hand cuffed him and took him into my van.
Easyest 400 bucks ever.

I should have know that these "pointless mutterings" would be filled with more typos then the 1st Rifts novel.

I take it you smoke?

Just a common theme I keep seeing in all your stories.

You know, smoking seems to be very common in occupations that have either alot of bordom, stress, and especially both. I can't tell you how many security guards, nurses, soldiers, or restaurant employees I've known that smoke, or used to. Smoking would probably be pretty common for supers.
