Monsters and Animals First Edition pdf?

Unread post by Ace, TW »

I can’t seem to find a source for the old first edition Monsters and Animals in digital form.

Does anyone else know where I can get a copy?

Don't know of any legal sources, which is odd. Plenty of 1e material on DTRPG, but not that one.

I honestly don't even remember seeing a 1e M&A.

Easiest solution is probably just use 2e, and ignore SDC and PPE

Oh, I remember it. It had a gromek with a raised axe on the cover, next to a manticore.

I do not believe a digital version exists so your best is a physical copy from ebay. There are two 1st ed monsters and animals versions, one with the minotaur with a sword (early version) or an axe (late version). I would recommend the one with the axe.

Hmm, I will have to check the cover of my copy. I didn't realize there were different covers. It's currently in storage.

Ok, it seems I’m not crazy and that the books does not have a legal digital presence on the internet.

I’ll have to keep an eye out for that to ever change.
