CS and Atlantis

Do Coalition States know the extent of the continent of Atlantis?

Also, do they know about the millions who are in Altantis (minions of the Splugorth)?

I'm slipping in memory or never really knew what the CS knows.

1. They knew the existance and location of Atlantis but not about the Splugorth. Just pirates and gargoyles and such?

2. CS thinks the Xiticix only exist in small numbers they can eradicate?

3. The vampires in Mexico are few in number? No kingdoms?
