Can a Necromancer use an Altara woman's skull to gain her sensory abilities?

Yeah, I'd be cool with that.

When I saw the first two words in the title of this thread, I thought "man, I wonder what the dues are? A fresh cadaver annually for membership?"
-------------
"Trouble rather the Tiger in his Lair,
Than the Sage among his Books,
For all the Empires and Kingdoms,
The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,
Are to him but the Playthings of the Moment,
To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

A pound of flesh?
An arm and a leg?
No skin off their nose... but maybe someone else's?
A chance to pick their brain?

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
The very next day, you bonded with it, gaining a fraction of my power.

Hmm, that heart better be a-glowing or yule be sorry. Alternative seasonal dues could be...

A reindeer's red nose...
Several toes ceremonially nipped by a certain J. Frost...

Was going to suggest a mistle of toes (a mistle = a shower or rain), but then read this fascinating interpretation... hand me my festive poop stick!
