Red Roof Inn, no OH info?

Red Roof Inn, no OH info?

Just called them and they say they have no group rate, and didn't even know of the event. Any ideal what happened?

I have a similar problem. They said to call back before noon and ask to speak to the manager.

I did my reservation in December and they had no problem with it. But I did call in the morning. Now I had to cancel that reservation two days ago but it was for the group rate.

I just called the Red Roof Inn and everything is OK.

Everything did get straiten out, but it was still weird, that the person I talked to did have any info on the OH, and had to talk to someone higher up. Never had that happen in the past.

That's strange, I worked the front desk at three different hotels in college and it happened all the time to me. My boss makes an arrangement for a reduced rate for a group and forgets to tell any of the desk clerks or tells one but not the other.
