Valkyrie ppe & isp
The title pretty much says it all. I've looked in Pantheons, and I couldn't find any information on the ppe, isp and secondary skills of the Valkyries. I can't find any information on how to give ISP to RCC that doesn't include it. I've seen ppe charts I can use. Is there a table, or place to find ISP? If not, how would I calculate the correct isp? What level ( minor, major, or master) should I use? Thanks.

Looking it over and as far as I can tell they are intended to have no psionics so no ISP and they don't have secondary's.
The PPE stat is missing from many races in this book and during this era of PB it was common but since none there powers use it would probably be standard for a supernatural being which is listed in CB 1 Revised Pg. 38. I would say 6D6 to 1D4X10.

Being a SN being they would have twice their PE in positive Chi. If going by the text in Rifter 3.
