I think I've seen this in a rifter before. I've looked, but can't find it. Does anyone know where is is. If it does exist? Thanks.

The only one I know of is in Rifter 70 but I don't think its what you are looking for.

Rifter 70's "The Deep Frontier" has some guidelines to the creation of underwater colonies, but no specific build system.
