Steam punk robot (small) Build off.

Alright, as I'm still dealing with finals, I want to lean on the board some more. Daniel gave me an idea for the overlord concept I want to build on in the most circuitous fashion possible.

I need a steam punk style robot, smallish (frightening but more creepy then menacing) able to function in the sewers of a major city, let's say New York if you need a specific (although London or Paris might be in the running). And should have some limited way of defending itself (weak sauce stuff, .22 cal pepper box style gun or whatever tickles your fancy) and there will be a lot of them.

They have more than 60sdc to start.
Not an ideal swarm type monster for "street level" but suitable goblin horde type things in my power level of game.
