MDC Recovery

Most mortals regain SDC and Hit Points at a certain rate for a full night's sleep. Is there a corresponding rate for MDC? If so, what it is?

Unless otherwise stated in the creature's description, MDC creatures regain their MDC at the same rate HP ctreatures regain HP.

Many MDC creatures have regenerative abilities that heal them at the rate of tens, hundreds ro even thousands of MDC an hour.

offically, unless they have a set bio-regeneration rate like draongs ALL MDC creatures regain 2d6 MDC per 24 hours

as far as psi-healing goes, generally you regain the HP recovery as MDC
