So, host armor intergrated ranged bio weapons get the pp bonus to strike. Right?
Does the archangels wingpack and living armor get the same pp bonuses?

I would say no. Wing Packs and Living Armor are not "Host Armor".

i would agree. there is a much stronger connection between host armor (or a war mount) and the pilot than for other biotech, and that connection is the basis of the PP bonus to ranged bio weapons (along with an instinctive knowledge built in to the host armor or war mount that isn't found in other biotech)

No, but it shouldn't really matter. Archangel priority should be defensive and sensor systems on their armor with a likely preference for needle blossom and organic rockets when they get to weapons. Get the payload upgrades and always fire in 4 shot volleys. For close range weapons, bio-e pistols/rifles, light guns and acidic blades work well. For the most part, you'll really want to go handheld for the majority of an Archangels weaponry and let the armor and wingpack be defensively oriented - bio force fields are priceless for an 'Angel.
What a cruel thing is war: to separate and destroy families and friends, and mar the purest joys and happiness God has granted us in this world; to fill our hearts with hatred instead of love for our neighbors, and to devastate the fair face of this beautiful world. - R E Lee
