Is there a spell or a way to gain the effects of a ley line or nexus why away from one?

I assume you mean the expanded range, durration, and damage, that ocures while on the line/nexus. The answer is no.

Even a nazca line maker couldn't do it since they have to draw a 100 foot long straight line to make a line.

I thought maybe if they could draw a spiral that was 100 feet "long" on a rock that the rock might then be detached and carried with a party but since the book says straight line the spiral idea is out.
