JAL Leadership Problems

Unread post by Kagashi »

As with any military organization, experienced leaders and lack of continuity plague the system. Just as you get good at your job, its time to move to a new location or you become promoted and take on a new position. It happens all the time IRL.

The Juicer Army of Liberation must have it the worst seeing that the newest recruits will only LIVE for 5 years :P Heck, you cant even email the dude to see what he was doing when he ran the project you just picked up...

I wonder if 2.5-3 year veterans will detox just to take on a leadership position. Must be lots of borgs running the JAL. Either that or they have an awesome pass down log and continuity book system!

(Edit...This is not in reference to Stupid-Man comics)

Glad I'm not the only one who was confused by the topic.
