In my games I rule that everything does damage but then its almost immidieatly healed, making the all thing pointless, unless its the specific one(IE silver/magic/water/iron/whatever). I would lessen the damage water/rain does. Being out in the rain should be a pain not death, but giving them cement boots and letting him swim with the fishes should. And that nonsense about not wanting to cross over water.

I think they are pretty balanced as is. One is the Ultimate Sword, the other is the Ultimate Shield. Well depending on if your using the old Robotech stats or the new ones

so for example, the 1000 mile range of the CCW's big lasers would just be the distance they can fire without penalty. but they could fire farther. but out ot 2000 miles you have a -1 to strike, to 3000 miles a -2, to 4000 miles a -3, etc. thus you could fire those lasers out to say, 20,000 miles......

It would probably work at closer ranges, but to cram a lot of missiles in the cluster missile is going to need a shorter then normal range most likely. also its submunitions are also going to likely need to be packing shorter ranges. Assuming a mini-missile is the size of a pop can you can fit 156 mini-missiles into a 8foot by 20 inch tube and thats after having 1/2inch of freeroom around every missile and leaving a 3 inch tube down the middile.

I didn't see this mentioned, only gave it a good skim, wouldn't a Cruise Missle going FTL squash most of the internals? or do they have inertial dampners? That and with all these fancy gadgets installed wouldn't the damage, range, speed and so forth be downgrade due to lack of room?

personal FFs only engage when something moving quickly is detected Based soley on that I would say it would work. Same with falling into water from a mile up. The FF may be porus to water and air, its still gonna turn on push against the the sudden incoming force. I think thats what really matters....
