Fong Ngan/Phoenix Eye Kung Fu gives Body Hardening and M.A. Techniques at level one, starts with 4 attacks per round, has crazy level of hand / Special attacks but doesn't get access to Chi Mastery until level 14. Hope that hellps.

Personally I think the Matter Expulsion powers need to be modified to have the armor unavailable for a length of time after it is destroyed or takes damage to allow it to be regenerated similar to APS powers.

Pre SOT4 and RUE, all Cyber Knights were considered Major Psychics so I would guess that the three extra Psi powers cause him to get bumped up to Master level, still in the Main Book (Original) it doesn't mention extra ISP per level for extra Psi so he got 1d6. Non-Mystery solved.

I just re-checked the book and the character was the brainchild of Jim Steranko, the artist responsible for the cover, and was supposedly at the time coming out in some form, somewhere other than just on the cover of the book - no idea if it ever did.

In the power it says you absorb the entire kinetic attack and do not get knocked back. However then they have the Attacker roll damage. I think you should absorb the entire Normal Damage that the attack would have done. If it is 6d6, you would absorb 36 points.
