with zombie flesh, any damage covered by the power is cosmetic. damage that isn't is healed at the higher rate.

EM and sonic energy should be part of the power, cold can go either way, and kinetic should never be part of the power for balance reasons.

i'd definitely take the demon's deal over the deevil's. they may be jerks, but you know how big a jerk they are, and in what ways.

edit: this of course takes into account that the deal offered is a reasonable one, and not something like giving up my free will and such.

i think the specific magic items in armageddon unlimited do a pretty good job of showing what a magic object *could* be like. the mask of mendo is one of my favorite things in that entire book.

not all supers are supernatural. even among those that make use of specific supernatural powers(listed above), only mega-heroes and some of those from the immortal class are actually considered creatures of magic.

so far as i remember, things that may normally be weak to holy water are simply weak to water in general in most PB games(vampires, for example), so it seems kind of moot to me.

it's really up to you what his character would actually be. i would prefer a mutant relative, but that's just me. as for powers, horror factor would fit his frightful presence, and instead of enhanced leaping, you could go with either Enlarge Body Parts or even Dwarfing for a more toned down leaping...

i've never, ever, made a conversion as 1-100 in all my years of playing. i've always gone straight across or with the specific guidelines set up in the specific entry, such as heroes of the megaverse, where just about each power has its own conversion method listed.

to be honest, that's exactly why i haven't responded until now; the power is made so poorly that it actively punishes the player that takes it worse than the actual target, and i simply can't get beyond that to discuss the mechanical ins and outs of it.

i have before; it's neat for a smaller brick that isn't super-duper tiny. you start out at 4.5 feet tall, then progress until you're normal height, and eventually end up around where giant normally begins. when i did it, i made both permanent.

i wouldn't have a problem with it. if it became clear that it was somehow overly powerful, i might have you forgo the ranged weapon portion of the power, but i don't think it would go that far. besides, Manifest Power Weapon is practically built for extreme customization.

beyond the already mentioned stuff above, negative matter and gravity waves seem like good choices to keep the horde away. if it affects them, perhaps vertigo field. according to the game itself, ALL mdc structures, weapons and creatures revert to sdc outside mdc environments. if you'd like to do otherwise, of course you can, but the game itself makes a universal change in those stats.
