I have got into with this guy on another forum. he keeps telling me that you can't call critical strikes even though the HU book clearly says any type of flying attack is a critical strike and gets triple damage if you roll a 20. I think it's up to you if you're the gm, but you are not supposed to stack bonuses from the flight powers. I think the general rule is pick one, or the other, but you can't use them both at the same time and the bonuses don't add together. I think the same rule applies to energy dopples/Multiple sel...

Uncle Servo tried to get a campaign started where we used established heroes as inspiration. It didn't get off the ground, but mine was Captain Comet, Growth/Sonic Flight/and I think APS Stone but I am not sure now

The original Dr Midnite fits the power category. He was blinded, then discovered he could still see in the dark, then turned into a crimefighter.

That's how the category is supposed to work.

Daredevil fits in, but not Barbara Gordon/Oracle. Gil the arm fits in, but not Professor X.

As a Batman, I would pick up all the ninja type spells you can like shadow meld, shadow teleport, and invisibility. Maybe pick up escape or pick locks. Might need some kind of tracer spell if you have any money left for people who escape the first fight

The easiest way is always going to be to drop the ISP or PPE cost. It slows a game down when your psychic and / or mage players have to stop in the middle of a game to recoup when the villain could strike at any time.

Plus any secondary vampire or wild vampire has to obey a higher vampire of their own family no matter what their alignment which goes back to the original book.

Beyond the fact that the vampire is immune like I said, anything cut away is dead and will not function without the rest of the vampire body. What good is a heart that doesn't beat? And again Vampires are invulnerable to anything that isn't a specific weakness. Eugenics being a specific medical procedure will not work on them due to this.

Also the vampire description says they are invulnerable to anything that can't kill them. How would you work a science based eugenic on something that basically ignores everything, or heals most damage? Medical processes are ruled out by this.

Since Biowizardry doesn't affect the named OCCs, then eugenics doesn't either. The named classes are immune to all of that stuff. A vampire can't even get a magic tattoo.

I believe healing powers work like strength powers. You only get one. healing factor, immortality, whichever. If you want it to operate better, you need another power that speeds things up like time control.

Yes You can choke him. Bio armor is not metal. I am not sure if Cosmic armor/weapons are metal.

The skills you listed can be opposed by the same skills. Pick another set for your example.

Negapsychics kill supernatural forces with their presence. That's why they get high bonuses in their area.

The skill is for setting a trap in the environment. That's all it's for. If you want to get technical, the skill doesn't even say you can make a trap. It just says you know what they are.

Typically the rule is to roll the original character. Additional items powers go on that when picked up, but you don't get the additional skills for thier occ. You just get what the tiem grants.
