Best Rifts Mages in the Rifter

I wasn't much of a Rifter fan at first but I'm beginning to realize just how much great material I've missed and would like to have your opinions about what are the best back issues that I should pick up. Mainly, I'm on a magic kick on and love Rifts magic and mages. So what Rifters do you think wou...

Re: Swimsuit issues?

I really don't think a swimsuit issue is a good idea period. Adults can put adult themes in our role playing games if we want totally on our own. We are, after all, adults. Keeping the material G or PG rated is the best method in my opinion. I like being able to share my Palladium books with my son ...

You said you like the hack and slash as well as a mage. For a wizzard I'd go with a Ley line walker and enjoy something pretty familiar but with a few twists. A cyber knight is a great hack and slash character, especially the modified RUE book verision. If you stick with humans for both you should a...

SOT question

I don't have all of the SOT books but I noticed the Ring of Eldar and thought it was quite interesting. Some of the wording made me think that it might be one of many but I couldn't tell from the Final Seige description. Would someone fill me in?

Thanks!

I would have to agree with the previously mentioned ideas that trying to put stats on God (yes I am a Christian so I remembered that the G is capital) would be diffiuclt at best. The Greek gods work rather well since they are a pantheon with a focus on something specific like Apollo is the sun god o...

Try a True Atlantean Sea Inquisitor with the Burster Powers who was the subject of a psionic power boost by the Gene Splicers and packs a crystal fire rod with the warlock fire spells option. Recharging E-Clips

I personally think the best way to recharge an e-clip in the wilds is to have a wizard of some sort in the party with Sub-particle accelleration. This spell can recharge e-clips quite well. The bow is a little cheesy and I do go with the earlier opinion that someone watched the D&D cartoon a lit...

This is a pretty straight forward question. Is the Vanguard book worth picking up? I think everyone missed the Psyscape reference to this ability being subject to GM approval.
