This gets to the core of the issue for me. It's a minimum of 800 credits a pop to recharge an e-clip?! It costs HOW MUCH to repair that bot? As I see it, the only adventurers out there would be mages, because nobody else could afford it!

Heavy woods yea air is the only way to not be impaired. Even on foot heavy wooded terrain is a pain to move threw. Adding size of giant robots and PA it would be worse. One thing big robots have over tanks and power armor is endurance. PA is for the most part some dude physically running/walking/jogging and while it makes this activity much easier than it normally most saying the pilot gets exhausted at 10% of the normal rate going full speed as a ground power arm...

you could use a TW as a driver, but it is likely there are far more useful places for someone who can cast spells than on the inside of a box that blocks the casting of the vast majority of said spells. simple fact is, if you recruit some minor psychic with 22 ISP, mind block, and telepathy as crew...

The feel of a class is what makes it for me. The CS Military Specialist has more draw for me than does the Special Forces class in Mercenaries, even though they are very similar.

I'd like to know what weapons you're talking about. The quickest weapon in RUE takes 19.5 hours to make. The others take a lot longer.
