Re: The deadliest in the Coalition.
Really? How do you get that. Because that is not what the OP asked. Though that could be your interpretation of how to weigh what he asked. It asked who is the deadliest. As I said, I was presuming a weighted average, however that needn't be the case. The one who can cause the most death is the one...

Re: The deadliest in the Coalition.
How is it answering the question? No Seriously, how does this answer the question? It just answers the question for one sub-set of one kind of fight. Wrong. It totals up the enemies of the Coalition and determines which person can kill the highest weighted number of them, regardless of what type of...
Re: ATL-7
Not, because while it's able to deal massive damage it's a one-shot weapon so it's little different than a portable missile launcher where you have to reload after each shot and dealing roughly the same amount of damage but without the blast radius. Even if a GM let you run it off a power pack it's...

Size and Shape: Typically humanoid in shape and form, but usually oversized, robotic construct that towers 7-10 feet tall and bristles with weapons and moving parts. Most power armors will accept pilots up to 7' tall, even the classic dead-boy SAMAS is 8' tall, so a 7' pilot should, in theory, fit....

I'd go borg. The armor is cheap, they're cheaper to repair, you don't have to get in and out of them, and while most cities will allow a borg into the city limits, robot vehicles and power armor are often disallowed therein.

Ceding air supremacy to an opponent, especially one like the CS, is a very bad idea. Air power's effect on the principles of war is astounding.
