I don't know of one. Closest would be Bio-Alteration or Bio-Manipulation. They don't do HP damage, but they do attack the brain. You should write something up. Baring evidence of clear intent on way or the other, I would consider it a GM ruling situation. I'm inclined to rule that most psychics have enough control over their powers to both start and stop them.

You are correct. It does not say the test is conducted by another Druid. In fact, the wording is such that a clever GM can do anything to test the Druid, which opens up some incredible storytelling possibilities.
Having never played, nor GMed, a Druid before, I had not noticed this. So nice catch.
