That's awesome, Reagren!
One of the things I liked about the original power is that you have two form options, one of pure electricity, the other of a person wreathed in electricity. I'm glad to see that retained while making the abilities more compelling.

Many of the powers in HU2 are "insta-win" as written, since they do not require an attack roll, and often have no dodge/save to avoid. So either you have a power that will allow you to avoid/counter it, you use the environment to circumvent it, or you devise a house rule to make it opposed...

I agree with the others. No psionics means no psionics. So either take the class as is, minus the psionics, or consider allowing/requesting (depending on whether you are the GM or player) an alternate compensation such as skills or extra spells, as the others suggest.
