Return the stolen vehicle + damages (damage to the vehicle, lost wages incurred, etc.) + Punitive damages. Probably 30-130% of the vehicles cost depending on how rich the party is. Basically just bankrupt your party and then let them deal with punishing him :p

I'm partial to Chaosium's BRP system. If you don't want the lovecraft specific stuff, some of the setting books have things from folklore. Conversion may be a pain but it shouldn't be too bad.

I like herbalists/druids. Not because there is any hard level 1 cheese but you get a broad suite of powers and as an added bonus most of your abilities work through your party. They kinda slump after the party starts acquiring real resources but they never fall off hard.

Yea MRMs are cheap compared to risking a 20 million dollar plane. Replacing M.D.C. is almost always more expensive than damaging it in the first place.

NG just sells it to shell corporations that don't really exist who make it disappear. The CS isn't going through NGs books but if NG has a block of equipment for same one day and it disappears the next they ask about it. NG basically just lies.
