The illustration of the Aggressor on page 129 might also be a good representation, but according to his writeup his armor is just a notch below Class 4 in terms of AR and SDC so I guess it's not. Actually it's better than Class 4 - remember it's a Robot AR and SDC - shots under the AR do no damage ...

The "modern day" - I don't think there is a specific date listed. Brittania was 18 when she got her powers during the blitz (1940-41).
