usually silver is not a big issue in our games. just make sure they are not abused too much, silver bullets should only be SDC. also, it might be a good idea to not make every place carry a large amount of silver bullets and such. maybe only a handful of bullets, or the place has other items made of...

above is correct, the MAF's from N&SS are far superior in bonuses than the other H2h skills, so it helps to balance them out.

Now a separate point to ask, since this suit is so thin and form fitting, would you allow a character to wear this under another suit of body armor. Would it be possible to wear a larger EBA suit and have this on underneath, sort of a second chance armor.

Actually a good question to me would be, does a bullet/round even make a sonic boom anyway? Would an object that small actually have that much trouble crossing the sound barrier. I mean it's not the size of plane, its just a big bullet... Just something I've always thought about.

Actually in that game you can do several changes to the way the character looks. I switched her to the all metal version, it even has the rift's looking exhaust port things coming from the back...

Adventurer: Rouge Scholar
Magic: Ley Line Walker

Well at least your first character is a cyborg with that happening. In my first game one of the players was a ley line walker and he lost a leg in the first battle, not good for mages... Just a minor setback for a cyborg. How did you lose it?

Well, I like it. A description like that would handle most of the issues, except that everyone would be scrambling for .500's. Maybe start with 2d6 MD and go up from there, also, nice way to stop the shotgun craziness.
