I've often wondered if Deevils, Devilkin, Pandemoniums and Nexus Deevils could mimic someone's appearance exactly. I'm inclined to think they could, but I don't remember now if they can. Anyone remember if that was addressed anywhere?

TLDR this post but I have one trail of thought. If you add a spike to a tank track and run me over I dont think the spike is going to create that 1D6 exact damage, the being squashed by a tank overrides it. I can see that. When you're already flat as a pancake, whether it's piercing or straight up ...

I also think you might adapt the Proficiency Bonus to PF; rather than the discrete bonuses per WP, you could simply use the Proficiency Bonus, with increases at specific levels. You might even entirely replace hand to hand skills with them, but I think that would be more difficult and less rewardin...

I'm definitely interested to know. I'm not sure it's ever been directly addressed. I could easily see it either way personally, Mark makes a good argument. I quite agree. Tattoo magic for dimension/world jumping makes sense and was sorely needed, and high base PPE is kind of needed for it. I'm in agreement also with Tsunami on the temporary PE drain. It's a good and reasonable mechanic. It was just good all around. Though I still like the Atlantean Dri...

In my current campaign, set in the Thundercloud, I feel absolutely free to GM up whatever I'm I the mood for. It's very liberating, even to me a long time PFRPG and Robotech GM. Something I've always wondered. When a hatchling changes into a human form, do they always look the same? I can think of at least one Dragon where the humanoid/elf form is described in a Rifter. Yes. Shadow magic, crystal magic, new magic tattoos, monsters, Atlantean structures, ect. Since Atlanteans and are uber dimensional explorers, they could be dropped in a campaign on those worlds easy even by the stock story line.
