All The Random Roll group rules in the Megaverse?
Putting this here because I think there are more of them in the Rifts series than in the other megaversal settings, but does anyone have a list of all the roll your own group tables? The ones I know of and have are: Spy Agencies, Ninjas and Superspies core book, pg 58 Travelling Shows, Rifts Vampire...

Running them as Aberrant Mechanoids would seem to be the easiest option, that way you can tie it right into the megaverse with no problems at all.
That is what I would do.

So, that second list you posted... uh, ok. How do you figure Star Wars? Fast space travel seems to be so central to the premise/setting. Sure you can pare it down to the essentials, but then is it even Star Wars anymore?

Hmmm, I would have just made the character in WoD, 5 points in a stat per dot, 20% of a skil per dot, and whatever doesn't convert directly, just roll random from the Palladium books. There is a lot of Palladium stuff to min max if you want it, but really, if you already have a character concept, it...

Eh, There are examples of DBZ characters getting one shotted by normal weapons... It works strictly by the "power up" method. So ambushes with normal weapons are still useful, much less MD weapons. So, again, is there anything in the Megaverse that has a power up mechanic? N&SS has som...

Mo, I don't agree. I was meaning more in terms of what constitutes a viable threat to them... not the setting. Re: Momentum as a measure for damage
Ok, so with some napkin math, my idea for damage based on Momentum is the cube root in Kg m/s. So 1000 kg m/s is 10 damage. That maps decently onto the "humans have 9 HP" argument in the D&D community. So, these are my two equations for damage for momentum (impact injuries) and for KE ...

Re: Momentum as a measure for damage
Well, for my KE based damages I use is the square root of (Muzzle Energy in ft lbs) x the expanded diameter of the bullet). Using the KE accounts for the differing velocities through different barrel lengths, so it allows for a lot of precision in DC calcs. The bullet expansion allows me to get some...

The general measure for MD seems to be mapped to Kinetic Energy, which makes sense. However, as I was looking over siege weapons, there is a bit where it says that they should be stay SDC. From 23:30 there is still more data as trying to smash a werewolf with big hammer is way less effective than the .50 BMG.
Anyway, great find. I like a lot of KY/Scott's stuff.
Not the most scientific, but the video allows for decent extrapolation of terminal effects.

Certain timers are stressful, just based on their sounds. Have you played Scattergories? The timers I've seen for that seem intentionally offputting. A "problem" that I have observed is that wizards (especially) seem to have too many choices when it comes to options in combat/utility. Mundane characters or psionics (or those who get a fixed number of abilities) pick their options and those are their options for that game (at least). A w...

Since ranged combat bonuses are not stacked on top of HtH bonuses, the max you can really get is a +3 for an aimed shot (+1 every 3 levels) and perhaps a bonus of +1 or +2 from the weapon or optics itself, leaving most characters with about a +8 at 15th level just from weapon proficiencies. An addit...
