Well as for the parrying all with the auto parry, they can't. If anyone with WP Paired Weapons does a simutaneous attack with both weapons, then the person parrying can only parry 1 of the attacks. Well, if we want to go with semantics, paired weapons would clearly mean only 2. So, while each pair of limbs can act like a human with paired weapons, each pair would require a seperate attack action. It doesn't say anything about them being able to bring all 6 arms to bear at once in 1 attack. It...

At Point Blank, I do believe people at -10 to dodge gunfire, so at least half should apply to arrows. You are right, dodges use up attacks. However in D&D the defense is completely passive, meaning you have a 15 for defense and if the other guy gets above it, you are hit. Personally,I prefer the...

I just hate getting a book with an ongoing storyline, pages on updates from PB, and npcs in skimpy outfits...

I say just make a normal rifter and add on the skimpy clothed npc's to a normal rifter, so that we get normal rifter-goodness.

I have an Experiment Hero that must transform to use his powers. He has APS: Metal, Superhuman Strength, and Adrenaline Surge. When enraged/terrified and in his metal form, he can top out at a PS that is 88 and Supernatural. What damage would he do? The chart stops at a PS of 70.
