Selective Spells
I had a general question. One of the players in a game I am in suggested that they can selectively decide who is or is not effected by spells. I was curious if this is actually the case in Palladium games, as I have not encountered it being permitted.

If Vampires are nocturnal supernatural predators who hunt for blood, why do they not level have Night Vision on their list of natural abilities? They probably should also have a keen sense of smell, but no night vision is senseless.

They need charts for the Knight Fossar, the Fossarian Warden (Scholar) and Fossarian Warden (Mystic) also, or at least to tell you if they use the normal charts.
It seems to me if a variation of a class can do MORE than the normal version of the class, it should get its own Experience chart.

If the Hypothesis is correct, then the Spirit Tattoos will not function for any other species...with the possible exception of the Goblin. Even Elves and Orcs may possibly fit. There is a mention: Eastern Territory Pg 99-100 identifies a shop called Mystique Tattoos with a Danzi Shaman (someone pointed it out to me). That implies that they can give tattoos to at least SOME others.

It mentions that "Dragons", presumably Chian-Ku, taught the Danzi how to create their tattoos and that the Danzi respect all good dragons to this day because of it.

Time travel is generally ignored by the setting because time paradoxes are a real pain to try to handle if they happen during play.

For all we know, all rifts are rifts in time, it may just be that in most the difference in times is in seconds or minutes not years or centuries, and thus is not noticed.

Do damage bonuses from combat maneuvers and physical strength add to those from Power Channeling. For Example, a character with Unbreakable Bones or Nightstalking gets a damage bonus, does it stack?
