that sounds like an incredible investment in time. Unless you're using Roll20 or some other livestream platform, combat is going to take weeks of time (especially in a palladium with its mass amounts of SDC/MDC/HPs and offensive and defensive rolls)

It's your dice, they should be held carefully and lovingly. Your dice should be held in a bag made of felt, to caress each die in a soft, warm environment. The tie string is preferred over the zipper, which is cold, and harsh... and can pinch the die in a way that could cause it to not roll so well...

correct, you want a DCI certified judge, and you should really run FNM every Friday, not once a month. Also, I'd caution renting table space, unless you can offer an out of this world experience, charging for table space smacks of desperation. I also caution going into business with friends. If you do so, make sure that everyone is 110% knowledgeable about the terms of your partnership, what is expected of each one, and most importantly what to do when someone is not pulling their weight in the shop...trust me on this.
