Well, the wonders of the PFRPG books never cease. There is always something that you read several times and didn't realize how little sense it makes. On page 270 of the main book, on the bottom left corner, there is a bit on armor restrictions. It states that "...chain and metal armors clank, squeak, and jingling making prowling virtualy impossible. Reduce Prowl by 40 points." The next sentance states, "Emcumbrance Penalties: -15% to prowl..."
So, which is it?
