I do not think there is a need for a Master guide for PF.
except for a couple of skills here and there most everything else is just setting related OCCs.
the extra information can easily be added to the main book if need be by adding an extra bage bundle (22 pages or so i beleive).
when PF gets to world book 20 thne maybe a Master Guide should be looked at.
