Re: How do most people determine attributes?

This is something I've been curious about for a while. I prefer to make a few high (17-20), a few low (never under 6), with the rest average. For a high stat I'll do 16+1d4, and a low I'll do 5+1d4. Average can be 10+1d4. Leaving attribute generation purely up to 3d6 rolls will generally result in ...

Re: What are some of your House Rules that go against Canon?

In my games I made each session count as one experience point. It costs 3 points to level up for levels 2-5, 4 points for levels 6-10 and 5 for levels 11-15. It's worked extremely well so far.

So magical and cursed items would still have been a thing back during the 21st century of Rifts Earth, just extremely rare and weak. In the vein of shows such as Warehouse 13, Friday the 13th(the tv seies) and even Raiders of the Lost Ark(the ending), in my version of Rifts Earth there was a secret ...

Toughest critter can also be a relative factor depending on how prepared the party is for the critter, or even their composition. If you want to get technical there is no need for a TW device in this case. It should be noted you can alter the device level, or gem quality, or add other spells th...

Arzno, Merctown and Cuidad Juarez are all described in detail. I don't know if they count as fortified or not but, at least in the case of Merctown, you would have to have a lot of nerve to attack a city full of Mercs.

Edit: Autocorrect orginally changed Arzno to Arnold. Corrected it.
