The only time You only pay 1 cp to dodge more than one "attack" is with a missile volley because the entire volley is treated as a single attack. Other than that it's always 1 cp per attack period.

Incorrect Every model under the template did indeed roll. but even when they got a 6 it only canceled 1 missile.
And still the results weren't great 6's aren't exactly easy to roll consistently.

And to clarify The points cost on any force card to upgrade to veteran. Only applies to the units on that force card, Not anything attached. I'm sure you've already figured that out but it bears repeating.

Yea if you only pay the veteran cost from the force card then only the mecha coming with the force card are vets. Additional 6 man support units have to pay the additional 10 points a peice to be veterans.

Looking at the unit lists there is No VF1-D units currently available untill wave 2 so, even though it is possible to build them with the standard Valk kit they don't have a point cost because they aren't currently unavailable.

I love your blog and read it all the time. I do have one slight correction this time however. Prion Galar, Though I agree is worth every point against a unit of Phalanx only boosts speed for free one time.

Yea agreed there Axoid. But in a mixed squad like the Malc's love to field It just seems REALLY easy to make a spartan with a nearby Regult or two Impressively hard to kill.

Which by the way I am a fan of. Just wanted to make sure it's legit before I make a part of my day to day tactics.

Perhaps a rule where the target gets the +2 for cover, giving the Glaug a total defense of 9 and if the shot misses and would have hit the "cover" then the cover is hit? In this case I would say the cover gets a +1 since he is not the primary target. Example: A Glaug in open terrain behin...

I dig the Traditional Zentradei Very Clean.

The stark Blue and Green of the veritechs is Kinda rade but I think you gotta have some cool squadron names and fluff for those bad boys.

I do find the rules to be rather clear and non ambiguous, If the weapon appears in the discription of the unit. Then it functions that way in all forms hence repid fire. Unless the form changes something. Like no rapid fire for fighter mode, or Additional rapid fire for battleoid with 24" range...
