Hey, just got a reply from Kevin. All material must be new in regards to the rifter. If you already submitted something to the normal rifter, don't submit it to rifter 0.
While he didn't say I can guess the reason. If it was rejected they'll likely reject it again, if it hasn't gotten a reply yet than it may still get in the rifter if the theme is right. Submitting it here could cause a filling problem. So please, keep it new.
