Does the nuclear version need cool-down time?
What is the max altitude of the Falcon 300 jet pack?

If not currently in a book, what are the costs for various liquid fuels?

1) In later books all the nuclear ones need a cool down period, so I tend to say yes.
2) Most Jet packs have an altitude of 900 to 1,400 feet so I would choose one
3) It is in the GM's Guide but the information is the same.
4) None that I am aware we have talked about it on these forums
5) Since you have no idea how many gallons it uses I just go with the cost of an e-clip charge
