no. Wine Only.

You could distilled the wine into a spirit to use on a MC.

There might be a water to spirit spell in the Fan created magic topic.
I know there is a spell that raises the proof of a drink in that topic.

Question:
"Could you make Wine into spirits by repeatedly casting the water to wine spell on the same liquid?"

No. The spell specifically calls for water to act upon not another fluid.
