Smiling_Bandit - The whole P.P.E. every few months can present a few problems for those who don't plan ahead

I agree that it's one of the better settings and world books. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "OCCs aren't balanced with other World books."?

The only OCC I can think of that suffered from this in New West was the Crazy Gun Slinger because they got auto-dodge whereas the normal Crazy didn't at the time of publication. However now that the RUE standard Crazy gets auto-dodge I don't see it as wildly better (although they do get some pretty good gun-slinger skills without a huge loss to other skills the Crazy normally gets.
