Been wanting to run a Heroes Unlimited Campaign set in Century Station, looking for any players in Newport News Virginia or Hampton Virginia area

No problem. Sometimes you can find a game in your area, sometimes not. If you are looking specifically for one kind of game your odds of finding one go down. A lot more people play RIFTS than play Heroes Unlimited.
