to King Creed: "Heroes Unlimited Earth"

I was just flipping through Rifts Dimension Book 7 (Megaverse Builder) and happened to notice on page 66 that a report sent to Tolkeen's "Circle of Twelve" begins:
I had no idea the title of the game actually existed in-game like this. It makes me wonder: is that something the Tolkeenites coined or is it possible it was already referred to like this before they surveiled it?
The letter also uses "the Heroes Unlimited dimension" and abbreviates the planet as "Heroes Earth" too.
So you could actually use this vocabulary in Rifts (and possibly HU) assuming the Tolkeen report to Cof12 got leaked before Coalition killed everyone.
